Dave's Sourdough Page

I recently got into sourdough bread baking. We use a machine mostly, but we also use a baking stone and you get excellent bread with a massive crust -- good for eating, but hard to make sandwiches with. The starter makes good pancakes, too - give Aunt Jemima the boot!
